Terms & Conditions

  1. Cruise Changes
    J&A Shipping Ltd reserves the right to re-route, delay, or cancel cruises due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance, and/or adverse weather or sea conditions for the safety of passengers and the yacht.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made by the customer within 48 hours prior to departure will incur a 50% charge.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure will incur a 100% charge.

  3. Transfers & Arrival Times

    • Passengers using our transfer service must be ready at their designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

    • Passengers making their own way to Paphos Harbour must arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

  4. Onboard Facilities & Rules

    • Sun loungers are guaranteed for all adult passengers.

    • Food and drinks from outside the vessel are strictly prohibited.

    • Towels are not provided by Wave Dancer on any cruise.

  5. Liability
    J&A Shipping Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or accident arising from circumstances beyond our control. All personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the passenger.

  6. Child Supervision
    For the comfort and safety of all guests, children must not play unsupervised on deck or in any other area of the yacht, and should respect the experience of other passengers at all times.

  7. Age Verification
    J&A Shipping Ltd reserves the right to request valid identification for any child to verify their age. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to, a passport, birth certificate, or government-issued ID (digital copies are also acceptable). Failure to provide such identification upon request may result in the application of adult ticket rates or denial of boarding, without refund.
